Service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for professional engagements are defined in individual project agreements, which take precedence over these general Terms.

Our content: All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Swastik Digital Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Client work: Intellectual property rights for work created under a paid client engagement are transferred to the client upon full payment, as specified in the applicable service agreement. Until full payment is received, all work product remains the property of Swastik Digital.

Proprietary products: Our SaaS products (SD Analytics, SD Flow, SD Commerce, SD Shield, SD Visitor) are licensed, not sold. Use of these products is subject to their respective licence agreements.

By using our website, you agree not to:
